Platform Terms of Use

Before using the Hotframe.io platform (the “Platform”), please carefully read these Terms of Use (the “Terms”).

Introduction

These Terms define the rules and conditions for using the Hotframe.io platform (the “Platform”) and form a contract between you (the user) and the Hotframe.io administration (the “Administration”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. By registering and using the Platform, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Access for users under this age is strictly prohibited.

User responsibility

You are fully responsible for any content that you create, upload or distribute via the Hotframe.io Platform, including any legal violations, intellectual property infringements and all consequences that arise from using such content.

Intellectual property

You confirm that you are the lawful owner or creator of all content that you generate or publish on Hotframe.io. You grant the Administration a non‑exclusive license to use, store and display this content as needed for operating and improving the Platform.

Absolute ban on content involving minors

It is strictly forbidden to create, request or distribute any materials depicting persons under 18 years old, including both real individuals and synthetically generated images. All such violations are logged and reported to the appropriate law‑enforcement agencies. Any breach of this rule results in immediate and permanent account termination without the possibility of restoration.

The Hotframe.io Administration logs all user activity and is ready to provide necessary information to law‑enforcement authorities if violations are detected.

Refund policy and paid services

Some features of Hotframe.io are available on a paid basis under the pricing plans listed on the website. All payments made through the Platform are final and non‑refundable. The Administration reserves the right to change prices for services at any time.

Acceptable content policy

  • By using Hotframe.io you agree not to create, upload or distribute the following types of content:
  • Materials that contain hate speech, discrimination or degrading statements based on identity.
  • Content that includes threats, insults or causes psychological harm to others.
  • Visual materials that depict violence, cruelty, humiliation or abuse.
  • Materials that encourage self‑harm, suicide or disordered eating.
  • Any content depicting or imitating minors.
  • Materials related to illegal activity, deception or fraudulent schemes.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property rights without prior permission from the rights holders.
  • Materials that promote violence, suicide or self‑harm.

Any violation of these rules may result in content removal and account suspension.

Account suspension

The Hotframe.io Administration reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently block a user account for violating these Terms, without prior notice and without any compensation.

Force majeure

The Hotframe.io Administration is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure events, including technical failures, natural disasters, actions of third parties and other events beyond its reasonable control.

Termination of service

The Hotframe.io Administration may terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons.

Limitation of liability

The Hotframe.io Administration, its employees and affiliates are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data or other costs arising from the use of or inability to use the Hotframe.io Platform.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” basis, without any explicit or implied warranties regarding its availability, performance or stability.

Changes to the Terms

The Hotframe.io Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes become effective upon publication and apply to all users and any actions taken after the changes come into force.
